How do I make a purchase?

Once you have found the item(s) from the cards, notebooks, limited edition prints and mugs sections that you wish to purchase, please click on the ‘Add to cart’ yellow button next to the image and the item will be automatically added to your bag.

 

If you would like a Make your Pet Famous Artwork or a special commission please email rose@rosehilldesigns.co.uk

Your bag is permanently on the top right of your screen (the pink bag icon) and it’s constantly updated so that you can check it. You can continue shopping and add as many items as you want to your bag before checking out.

When you are ready to complete your order, simply click on your bag (top right of the screen) this will show a summary of your bag, please click on the yellow button that says 'View Cart' this will send you to a ‘Secure checkout’ you can then pay via PayPal - No card details necessary, Paypal will also have your delivery address and email address. Please ensure that all of your addresses, order and payment details are correct and then confirm your order.

Can I order over the phone?

If you are unable to place an order on our website, please do get in touch on 07742347603 Please make sure you have details of the items you require beforehand and our team will be happy to help you.

How will I know you received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email from Paypal, within 12 hours of your order being placed. You will receive another email saying when your order has been sent via 2nd class Royal Mail for cards, notebooks, limited edition prints and mugs. Via UPS for Make Your Pet Famous Artworks or special commission or if based in London a personal meeting with Rose Hill to pick up. If you have not received either email, please check your junk mail filter.

When will I received my order?

Cards, notebooks, limited edition prints and mug orders are sent via 2nd class Royal Mail " 2nd Class mail they aim to deliver your letters and parcels in two or three working days, including Saturdays." we will email you on the day your items have been dispatched. If you need 1st class delivery please let us know. Make Your Pet Famous Artworks or special commission will be sent via UPS standard delivery which is the next working day, tracked and signed for service. If based in London a personal meeting with Rose Hill to pick up the artwork can be arranged.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately no, because we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, we do not allow you to add items to an existing order. If you want you can try and get in touch and we’ll be happy to help you if possible, but please note that if the order has already been dispatched we won’t be able to change it either. In this case, the easiest way to add items is to create a new order.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Your order can be cancelled up until the point that it has been fulfilled in our warehouse. Get in touch if you need to cancel an order. If your order has already been fulfilled, unfortunately we cannot cancel it.

Part of or my order is missing.

Please get in touch  via email or call 07742347603 within 24 hours of receiving your order if any of your order is missing and we will sort out the missing items straight away. Also if you haven't received your item please get in contact. Cards, notebooks, limited edition prints and mug orders are sent via 2nd class Royal Mail " 2nd Class mail they aim to deliver your letters and parcels in two or three working days, including Saturdays." please bare this in mind if you haven't received your items.

My order is damaged.

Please get in touch  via email or call 07742347603 within 24 hours of receiving your order if any of your order is damaged, we will sort out the items straight away.  Please send in photos of the damaged items so with can send them to the courier sending the items and keep all packaging the items were sent in.

What if the wrong items were sent?

Please get in touch  via email or call 07742347603 within 24 hours of receiving your order if any of your order is incorrect, we will sort out the items straight away.  Please send in details of the wrong items.

Which payment methods can I use and is it safe?

For cards, notebooks, mugs and limited edition prints we take Paypal which is "the safer way to pay" (for details of their safety please click here) For Make your Pet Famous and special commission we take BACS payments please speak to Rose Hill and she will give you her Bank details for payment.
