I truly believe it's so important to give back and is something I regularly do in the best way I know-how with art!

Every year I donate at least two Pet Portraits artworks and often more to silent auctions. With 100% of the money raised going to the charity including ZSL London Zoo, ZSL Whipsnade Zoo, Battersea Dogs Home, JDRF, the world's leading type 1 diabetes research charity, Action Medical Research plus more! I have also donated two greeting card designs one to Action Medical Research and another to Haute Dogs both receiving 100% of the profits from the sales. Already personally raising ten of thousands of pounds and with the aim to do much more each year!!

I'm a mentor with The British Library, asking me to donate my time to mentor some of their small

business owners.

December 2019 Whistles commissioned Goldfinger Factory, the award-winning London design studio, and social enterprise, to create wooden Christmas trees for their festive window displays. The studio is a teaching platform for less advantaged young people in the local community, empowering them with traditional craftsmanship skills and helping to foster an inclusive environment.
And honored to be apart of the team that made a total of 610 sustainable plywood Christmas trees which were crafted and hand-painted on-site in the Goldfinger Teaching Academy; situated on the ground floor of Golborne Road’s iconic grade-II listed Trellick Tower.

The trees were purchased throughout October, November, and December 2019 from all of the Whistle stores in exchange for a small donation to Goldfinger Factory, allowing them to continue their important and impactful community work. It was such a fantastic project to work on. Whistles made a cool video that you can see and read about the project on Christmas trees for Whistles

Lions of Windsor 2019 is a colourful public art sculpture trail featuring over 60 individually decorated, life-sized lion sculptures displayed across the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead from August to October 2019.

All of the lions were auctioned off at the end of November 2019 with a whopping 100% of event profits being donated to local charities including the new Thames Hospice and The Lions Club of Windsor, which distributes the funds to local charities and good causes. And couldn't be more pleased to say Albert the lion sponsored by Cote Brasserie that was designed and painted by me was one of the most popular making the 3rd most amount of money after Dame Zandra Rhode. AMAZING!

The event marked the 200th anniversary of the birth of Queen Victoria and celebrate Windsor as the home to Britain’s kings and queens for nearly 1,000 years.

Other personal commissions will be collaborating with Amsmoon Youth Center in June 2020 with a series of complementary murals workshops in Morocco. The children are underprivileged and many of their parents are illiterate, so they’re navigating higher education by themselves. Amsmoon goal is to provide any support needed to help young people achieve their goals. So we will work a lot with encouraging creativity and exploration to inch people closer to reaching for their dreams, giving them the confidence to try things.
